Costacea is an independent, informational cost comparison and clinic directory for hair transplant procedures in India. The Site provides estimated pricing information, general educational content, and directory listings of hair transplant clinics based on publicly available and independently researched information.
Costacea is not a medical provider, booking platform, or referral agency in the traditional sense, and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any medical procedure.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. No doctor-patient relationship is created between Costacea and any user of the Site.
Editorial Independence and Clinic Listings
Costacea maintains a strictly neutral editorial policy. Clinics are not ranked, and clinic listings, descriptions, and inclusion on the Site are not influenced by any commercial or referral relationship. Where Costacea has a referral relationship with a clinic (see Section 5), this relationship has no bearing on how that clinic is presented on the Site.
Referral Relationships and Monetisation
Costacea may, in some cases, receive a referral fee from a clinic when a user submits an enquiry through the Site that results in a consultation or booking with that clinic. This does not affect the price you pay for any procedure, and does not influence which clinics are listed or how they are described.
Accuracy of Information
Costacea makes reasonable efforts to research and verify pricing, clinic credentials, and other information presented on the Site. However, pricing and clinic information may change without notice, and actual costs will depend on individual consultation with the relevant clinic. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of any information on the Site.
Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify clinic credentials, pricing, and any other information before making a medical decision.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Costacea, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any interaction with a clinic listed on the Site.
Third-Party Links and Clinics
The Site may contain links to third-party clinic websites. Costacea is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party site or clinic. Any transaction or engagement between you and a clinic is solely between you and that clinic.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Costacea unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
User Conduct
